COMPENSATION & RATES TEAM DRIVERS Total Earn Potential: $0.84 CPM ($0.68 Base + $0.12 Tax-Free Per Diem + $0.04 Safety Bonus ) Weekly Average: $2,114 / week ($109,928/year) Top Earners: $2,289+ / week ($119,028/year) Consistent Mileage: ~5,000 team miles/week (~2,500 miles per driver) Average pay: ≈ $2,114/week ($109,928 annualized) Median pay ≈ $2,105/week ($109,460 annualized) Mid-50% range (25th–75th percentile): ≈ $1,991 – $2,289/week ($103,532-$119,028 annualized) BONUSES & INCENTIVES $0.04/Mile Safety Bonus: Earn an additional $0.04 per mile for maintaining clean DOT inspection records and safe driving habits! Endorsements: Doubles Endorsement required ( can be obtained during the hiring process! ). Experience: 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years (experience with FedEx, Western Express, Dollar General, Amazon, or Werner is a huge plus!). Age: Must be 21 years of age or older. Clean Record: Clear Motor Vehicle Record (no accidents or tickets in the last 3 years). Background & Screening: Clean background (no felonies or drug misdemeanors in the last 10 years), FMCSA Clearinghouse compliance, and DOT drug test required.
