Duties Greet customers and visitors warmly, providing excellent service and guidance throughout their experience Assist with daily store operations, including stock replenishment, inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness Support team members by completing tasks efficiently and collaboratively to meet daily goals Handle customer inquiries, offer product or service information, and resolve minor issues promptly Ensure safety protocols are followed and the environment remains clean, organized, and welcoming Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about new products or procedures Contribute to a positive team culture by demonstrating enthusiasm, reliability, and professionalism Qualifications Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required—training will be provided Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium loads comfortably A proactive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow within the team Join us as a Team Member and be part of an energetic environment where your enthusiasm fuels success!
