A Day in the Life You lead and support daily order processing operations across receiving, shipping, and picking within our Dallas fulfilment center, reporting to the Operations Supervisor. Working our morning shift (Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM), you coordinate inventory and equipment to keep physical flows moving safely and reliably. Supervise physical flows across receiving, picking, palletization, and shipping, ensuring accurate order selection and dispatch. Manage real-time transactions, stock rotation, and order reconciliation using our Warehouse Management System (WMS). Lead onboarding and cross-training for new permanent and temporary team members on operational standards and safety procedures. Drive safety and quality compliance on the floor, upholding our Industry 4.0 fulfilment center standards and personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines. Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies, assist with physical cycle counts, and maintain an organised, secure work area. We Are Looking For You bring an organised, problem-solving mindset and a clear commitment to operational safety. You bring: Warehouse Operations: Practical experience coordinating receiving, picking, or shipping workflows within a distribution or manufacturing environment. Systems & Inventory: Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanning devices to track and reconcile stock. Operational Leadership: Ability to guide peers, onboard new operators, and communicate clearly across warehouse teams. Safety & Physical Capability: Commitment to safety standards, including PPE compliance and the physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs. occasionally.
