Team Leader / Operations Technician / Roll Off Driver
ConfidentialABOUT THE ROLE: We are a fast-growing local waste management and site services company looking for a dependable, motivated, and tech-savvy Team Leader to help lead our daily field and office operations. This is a hands-on leadership position where every day is different. If you enjoy working outdoors, solving problems, operating equipment, and taking pride in a job well done—but are also highly computer-savvy and can run an office dispatch board—we'd like to meet you. WHAT YOU'LL DO - FIELD & YARD: Deliver and pick up roll-off dumpsters. Deliver, clean, and service portable restrooms. Install and remove temporary chain-link fencing. Keep our yard clean, organized, and running efficiently. Perform basic maintenance and repairs on equipment. Load, unload, and organize tools and inventory. Provide outstanding customer service at job sites. WHAT YOU'LL DO - OFFICE & DISPATCH: Use our dispatch software (Docket) to manage daily jobs and build the master schedule. Answer customer calls when needed, quote standard pricing, and process payments. Use AI tools (like Claude or ChatGPT) independently to draft emails, optimize workflows, and solve problems. Enter precise customer instructions into job notes for our Spanish-speaking field crew. Track stagnant dumpsters for extended fees and make collection calls. WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO: Has a clean driving record (CDL is a plus, but not required). Is mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand and power tools. Can troubleshoot and perform basic equipment repairs. Can safely lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in the Las Vegas heat. Is highly computer savvy with proven experience using dispatch software, smartphones, and AI. Has a professional attitude, strong customer service skills, and can de-escalate billing disputes. Is reliable, hardworking, and takes initiative. WHAT WE OFFER: $30–$40 per hour depending on experience. Overtime opportunities. Performance bonuses. Full-time, year-round work.
