Team lead/Warehouse supervisor

Team Lead / Warehouse Supervisor Pay: $20–$21 per hour We are hiring an experienced Bilingual Team Lead / Warehouse Supervisor to help oversee daily operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who can motivate a team, maintain productivity, and ensure small items are accurately processed, sorted, and prepared for shipment. Responsibilities ● Supervise, direct, and support warehouse employees throughout the shift ● Assign tasks and ensure employees remain organized and on schedule ● Oversee the processing, sorting, labeling, and preparation of small items for shipment ● Monitor employee productivity, attendance, and overall performance ● Ensure packages and products are processed accurately and on time ● Train and coach employees on proper procedures and expectations ● Communicate daily updates, staffing needs, and operational issues to management ● Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment ● Address employee questions and day-to-day issues professionally ● Lead by example and maintain a positive, productive work environment Requirements ● Bilingual in English and Spanish — required ● Previous warehouse, team lead, or supervisory experience preferred ● Strong leadership and communication skills ● Reliable, dependable, and punctual ● Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment ● Able to confidently manage and direct a team ● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills ● Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work on your feet throughout the shift ● Must be comfortable working hands-on with warehouse operations What We’re Looking For We are looking for a hands-on leader who can take charge, motivate employees, and keep the operation running efficiently. The ideal candidate is dependable, communicates clearly in both English and Spanish, and is comfortable holding employees accountable while maintaining a professional and positive workplace.
