Help coordinate daily assignments and monitor productivity and accuracy. Train employees, provide coaching, and promote teamwork. Support warehouse operations, including order selecting, receiving, and shipping, while leading by example and jumping in to assist team members whenever needed to keep operations running smoothly. Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED. 2-year distribution experience. Leadership or team training experience preferred.
