Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and supervise retail staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service. Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, merchandising, pricing, and stock replenishment. Conduct employee training & development sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Utilize POS systems for sales transactions, cash handling, and inventory control with accuracy. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and store procedures at all times. Perform opening and closing duties including counting / making daily deposits and ensuring proper opening or closing procedures are followed. Qualifications Background in retail sales, merchandising, inventory management, and POS systems. Strong communication skills Ability to lead a team through motivation, coaching, and strategic planning while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
