Team Coordinator, 3rd shift Location: Napoleon, OH Salary Range: $26.00/hour Schedule: Monday through Friday from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. This role requires flexibility to accommodate business demands, including overtime, weekend schedules, and holiday work during peak operating periods. Position Summary Leads and coordinates repackaging line operations, oversees assigned team members, drives performance against operational goals, and serves as a backup Operations Supervisor as needed. Essential Responsibilities Set up line for operations. Complete tests for competency of setup, operation, and troubleshooting of machines. Set line members at line positions that will maximize production efficiency and morale. Monitor repackaging production and ensure scheduled production is completed. Qualifications Effective Communication – clearly sharing information and expectations while actively listening to the team. Coaching and Development – supporting employee growth through training, mentoring, and feedback. Team Building: Fosters a positive and collaborative team environment to enhance productivity and morale. Accountability – holding oneself and team members responsible for meeting goals and following policies. Skilled in troubleshooting minor issues on the line or machine to ensure proper operation or escalating issues to Maintenance. Ability to supervise and motivate team members to meet production schedule. Physical and Work Environment Requirements This position works in an active warehouse environment and requires frequent movement and material handling. Candidates must be able to lift up to 75 pounds independently or with assistance, work around powered equipment, wear required personal protective equipment, and work in varying temperatures, noise levels, dust, fumes, and odors.
