Drive semi-dedicated California–New Jersey routes with reliable refrigerated freight, experienced dispatch support, and an in-house maintenance team that keeps you moving. COMPETITIVE PAY & CONSISTENT MILES $0.76 CPM , based on experience 5,800–6,000 miles per round trip $4,408–$4,560 combined team gross pay per trip Up to $20,000 monthly combined team total compensation , including eligible employer-paid benefits Consistent refrigerated freight Semi-dedicated California–New Jersey round trips Earnings shown are combined team amounts for both drivers, not per-driver pay. Actual compensation depends on miles, completed trips, experience, and benefit eligibility.
