Skilled at organizing and prioritizing daily assignments to ensure all operational tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and on schedule.Can communicate clearly and professionally with staff, vendors, and leadership, and can follow through on directives with minimal supervision.You are highly dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of quickly identifying and resolving operational or inventory discrepancies.You can work in a structured environment where accuracy, consistency, and adherence to policy are essential to successYou'd be a GREAT fit if:You bring advanced commissary and inventory management experience and are prepared to function as a lead point of contact for daily unit operations.You have demonstrated success in supervising or coordinating staff, delegating tasks, monitoring workflow, and ensuring operational goals are consistently met.Can take responsibility and accountability of inventory integrity, including receiving, stocking, selling, delivering, cycle counts, audits, reconciliations, and corrective action for discrepancies.You understand the critical role that security, accuracy, and accountability play in maintaining a safe, efficient, and compliant commissary operations within a correctional environment.
