TCG Production & Logistics Program Manager (Contract to hire) Location: Remote (U.S.-based) Experience: 2+ years About the Role Mothership is looking for a highly organized, proactive Production & Logistics Program Manager to own the movement of our products from manufacturing through delivery. Whether a product needs to get from a factory to our warehouse, a warehouse to a distributor, or directly to a customer or convention, you own making it happen. You’ll be the primary point of contact for our manufacturing and logistics partners around the world, coordinating production, purchase orders, inventory, shipping, and fulfillment. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and thrives in a fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities Own supply chain execution: Manage purchase orders and coordinate production, international shipping, receiving, and delivery across all channels. Manage vendor relationships: Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for manufacturing partners, freight providers, warehouses, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers. Manage inventory: Maintain accurate inventory and inbound shipment data, monitor stock levels, and identify potential shortages or imbalances. Anticipate and resolve issues: Identify production delays, shipping risks, and fulfillment challenges early; drive solutions and communicate risks with clear recommendations. Coordinate cross-functional needs: Ensure products arrive where they need to be, when they need to be there, whether for direct-to-consumer orders, retail distribution, or conventions and events. Build and improve processes: Create and maintain SOPs, reporting, and documentation that improve reliability and support business growth. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain management, production, procurement, logistics, or inventory operations. Hands-on experience with Shopify. Experience coordinating international logistics and shipments. Experience working directly with external vendors, manufacturers, or logistics partners. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive follow-through. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and hold partners accountable. A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify risks early and drive issues through resolution. Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where processes are still evolving. Nice to Have Experience with ShipHero or similar warehouse management systems. Experience in trading card games (TCG), tabletop gaming, or other consumer product businesses. Familiarity with ERP, inventory management, or order management systems. D2C experience. Work Environment This is a remote position with in-person interviews and quarterly on-site team meetings.
