Taxi Dispatcher zTrip — North America’s Largest Taxi Transportation Provider zTrip is looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Taxi Dispatcher to support our daily transportation operations. In this role, you’ll manage real‑time dispatch activities while delivering excellent customer service. You’ll serve as a key link between drivers, passengers, and the operations team to ensure safe, efficient, and on‑time taxi service. What You’ll Do as a Taxi Dispatcher: Dispatch and coordinate taxi drivers based on trip demand, schedules, and vehicle availability Monitor active trips and quickly resolve routing, service, or customer issues Communicate trip details, updates, and instructions clearly to drivers Answer incoming calls from customers and drivers, addressing questions and concerns professionally Document trips, dispatch activity, and customer interactions accurately Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to maintain service quality and efficiency What You’ll Bring to the Role as a Taxi Dispatcher: Previous experience in dispatching, customer service, transportation, or logistics (preferred) Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities Ability to stay calm, professional, and solution‑focused in a fast‑paced environment Familiarity with dispatch, scheduling, or fleet management software (a plus) Valid driver’s license What We Offer as a Taxi Dispatcher: Competitive pay Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) with company match Opportunities for career growth and advancement Join the Team Moving Cities Forward At zTrip, Taxi Dispatchers play a vital role in keeping drivers moving and customers satisfied.
