The Job Reviews and distributes production work and order processing work to meet shipment schedules; confers with department supervisors and group leaders to determine progress of work Coordinates and expedites the flow of materials, parts, and assemblies between sections or departments Monitors workload for all areas of the operation Collaborates with various departments to manage efficient flow of all materials Communicates with employees, supervisors, shipping, or planning Uses warehouse management system to release tasks to support the daily schedules Constantly analyzes the status and priorities of released work to ensure on time completion Provides problem solving assistance and root cause analysis to all levels of the organization related to resource planning and order status. Runs reports to monitor open customer orders to ensure on time completion Responsible for daily 6S activities, such as housekeeping, maintaining an organized and safe work area, and any appropriate paperwork/check sheets. Must be able to work 2pm-10pm or 2:30pm-1am and be flexible Other duties as assigned The Person Self- motivated and results driven Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment Ability to fluctuate regular schedule based on customer needs Good problem-solving skills Strong analytical skills Organizational skills Ability to learn, use and train on all systems and equipment associated with their assigned department.
