What We Offer Flatbed pay: Daily pay, with the daily rate based on the truck’s revenue. Hazmat tanker pay: Mileage-based pay for loaded miles. POSITION 1: REGIONAL FLATBED DRIVER Operate a tractor with a 53′ flatbed trailer on regional routes, primarily throughout the Midwest. Flatbed Responsibilities Safely transport and deliver flatbed freight. Properly secure loads using straps, chains, binders, and edge protection. Tarp and untarp loads as required. Inspect freight and load securement before departure and during transit, making adjustments as needed. Flatbed Requirements At least 2 years of verifiable experience operating a tractor with a 53′ flatbed trailer. Working knowledge of flatbed load securement and tarping. Ability to safely perform the physical duties of flatbed work, including handling tarps, chains, straps, and binders. POSITION 2: HAZMAT TANKER DRIVER Operate a tractor with a 53′ tanker trailer hauling hazardous materials. Tanker Responsibilities Safely transport and deliver tanker freight. Follow loading, unloading, product-handling, and customer facility procedures. Inspect hoses, fittings, valves, and related equipment as applicable. Verify shipping paperwork, placards, and load information before departure. Use required personal protective equipment and follow hazardous-material handling procedures. Tanker Requirements At least 1 year of verifiable experience pulling a tanker trailer 53′ or longer. Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required. Chemical hauling experience is a plus. Ability to safely perform tanker duties, including handling hoses and fittings as required. Responsibilities — Both Positions Follow DOT regulations, hours-of-service requirements, and company safety policies. Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Promptly report equipment defects, maintenance needs, or safety concerns. Maintain accurate electronic logs, bills of lading, and delivery paperwork. Communicate with dispatch about load status, delays, and pickup and delivery schedules. Provide mileage updates to keep preventive maintenance on schedule. Make on-time pickups and deliveries while prioritizing safety. Represent the company professionally with customers, shippers, and receivers. Requirements — Both Positions Valid, unrestricted Class A CDL. Clean driving record and current DOT medical card. Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and a background check.
