About This Role: The Senior Talent Sourcing Partner is responsible for developing innovative sourcing strategies and proactive talent pipelines to support current and future workforce needs. This role serves as a talent market expert, leveraging research, competitive intelligence, and relationship-building to identify and engage top talent. Job Overview Develops and executes sourcing strategies across critical, technical, professional, leadership, and hard-to-fill positions. Partners closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to provide market intelligence, build talent communities, and strengthen talent pipelines aligned with business priorities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Talent Pipeline Strategy Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies. Build talent communities aligned to future workforce demands. Develop sustainable pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions. Create market-specific sourcing plans and campaigns. Market Intelligence Conduct talent mapping and competitive intelligence research. Analyze labor market trends, talent availability, and compensation data. Provide data-driven talent insights and recommendations. Identify emerging talent pools and sourcing opportunities. Candidate Engagement Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns. Build relationships with passive and active talent. Partner with employer branding resources to strengthen talent attraction strategies. Represent iRhythm within relevant talent communities and industry networks. Strategic Partnership Partner with recruiters during intake and recruitment strategy sessions. Influence candidate profiles and sourcing approaches through market data. Support business leaders with talent market perspectives and pipeline intelligence. Innovation & Continuous Improvement Leverage AI-enabled recruiting tools and sourcing technologies. Pilot and scale new sourcing methodologies. Share best practices and sourcing expertise across GTA. Support continuous improvement initiatives. Education & Certifications Bachelor's degree preferred. Sourcing, research, recruiting, or talent intelligence certifications preferred. Experience 5+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience. Experience supporting technical, leadership, and hard-to-fill hiring. Experience conducting advanced talent mapping and market analysis. Experience utilizing sourcing technologies and CRM platforms. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Advanced sourcing and talent research techniques. Labor market analysis and competitive intelligence.
