Full-Cycle Recruitment Partner with Hiring Managers: Consult with engineering disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural, Process, etc.) and project controls teams to understand staffing requirements and project staffing curves. Source Passive Talent: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, associations, and internal databases) to find specialized engineering and project delivery professionals. Screen and Evaluate: Conduct thorough technical and behavioral screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, culture fit, and readiness for fast-paced project environments. Manage Candidate Experience: Guide candidates seamlessly through the interview, offer negotiation, and onboarding stages. 2. Industry-Specific Sourcing & Pipeline Building Targeted Talent Pools: Maintain proactive pipelines for high-demand, niche roles unique to the EPCm space, including: Project Managers & Project Directors Cost Controllers, Estimators, and Planners/Schedulers Lead, Principal, and Discipline Engineers Procurement & Contract Specialists Construction Managers & Site Inspectors Labor Market Insight: Stay informed on industry compensation trends, talent availability, and competitor landscape within the engineering and construction sectors. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. (Certified Human Resources Professional / CHRP designation or equivalent is an asset). Experience: 3 to 6 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with at least 2 years specifically focused on recruiting for EPC, engineering consulting, or heavy industrial construction environments. Systems Expertise: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Taleo, Greenhouse) and modern sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strategies). Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
