About the Role

Ichor Systems is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Lead to support and optimize recruiting operations, workforce programs, and compliance activities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a seamless hiring process, effective contingent workforce management, and strong partnership across HR, hiring teams, and external vendors. The position blends hands-on coordination with program ownership, providing visibility into hiring activity, compliance requirements, and operational performance.

Reporting to the Director of Global Talent Acquisition, this role may be based at any of these Ichor offices: Austin, TX, Fremont, CA or Tualatin, OR. 

What You’ll Do

Talent Acquisition Operations

Serve as a primary point of contact for staffing partners and support alignment with workforce plans
Coordinate recruiting logistics and operational workflows for direct and contingent hiring
Support employee referral processes, including tracking activity and ensuring program compliance
Partner with recruiters, HR, and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience

Immigration & Global Mobility

Serve as an internal coordinator for employment-based immigration programs, partnering with external counsel and HR stakeholders
Act as a resource for foreign national employees by providing guidance on process steps and timelines
Track case milestones, work authorization expirations, and documentation requirements
Provide visibility into immigration timelines and risks to support workforce planning

Compliance & Workforce Programs

Support employment and workforce compliance activities, including eligibility verification and contingent workforce tracking
Monitor role-based requirements such as driver record verification where applicable
Partner with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements

Reporting & Insights

Produce recurring workforce and recruiting operations reports, including hiring activity, compliance metrics, and contingent labor insights
Provide data and analysis to support decision-making by HR and business leaders

Vendor & Process Support

Coordinate with external vendors to support recruiting and workforce programs
Identify opportunities to improve tools, workflows, and operational processes
Partner with HRIS or IT teams to test and implement process enhancements

What You Bring

Experience

4+ years of experience in talent acquisition operations, HR operations, or recruiting coordination in a complex environment
Experience with large scale HRIS, ATS (Oracle, Workday, Greenhouse etc), or background screening platforms
Prior responsibility for compliance or workforce governance programs
Experience supporting contingent workforce programs and external vendors
Familiarity with immigration or global mobility processes

Skills

Strong organizational and project coordination skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Analytical mindset with comfort working with data and reports
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
