Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Perth Amboy, NJ; Middlesex, NJ; or Fontana, CA Employment Type: Full-Time Annual Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 USD Annual Base Salary + Annual Performance Bonus About the Role JD Logistics (JDL) is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growing U.S. operations. This role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across a variety of business functions, with a strong focus on warehouse, logistics, transportation, operations, and corporate positions. The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter who can effectively manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment, proactively identify and engage qualified talent, and partner closely with hiring managers to deliver against hiring goals. What You'll Do: Full-Cycle Recruitment Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and pre-onboarding. Develop and execute recruiting strategies based on business needs, hiring priorities, labor-market conditions, and position requirements. Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of candidate and hiring-manager communication. Ensure timely and accurate updates throughout the recruitment process and maintain strong candidate experience. Talent Sourcing & Market Mapping Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, networking, recruiting agencies, and other channels. Conduct talent-market research and competitor mapping to identify qualified talent pools by company, function, seniority, and location. Build and maintain pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions. Develop targeted sourcing strategies for specialized and high-priority roles. Hiring Manager Partnership Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, position requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities. Provide market insights regarding talent availability, compensation expectations, candidate profiles, and recruiting challenges. Calibrate candidate profiles with hiring managers and continuously improve sourcing and selection strategies based on interview feedback.
