Talent Acquisition & HR Manager – Electronics Recycling / ITAD

About the Position JCI Envoka Group is seeking an experienced HR & Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee HR operations and recruitment for our California location. We are particularly interested in candidates with established professional networks in the electronics recycling, E-Waste, or ITAD industry who can actively identify and recruit qualified talent. This role requires both strong recruiting capabilities and hands-on HR management experience. Key Responsibilities Proactively recruit industry professionals through existing networks, referrals, LinkedIn, and direct outreach. Source and hire qualified ITAD Sales Representatives, Buyers, Warehouse Managers, Technicians, and Operations Staff. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Manage employee recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations. Oversee HR documentation, attendance, PTO, and payroll coordination. Ensure compliance with California employment laws and company policies. Develop and improve internal HR procedures and employee management processes. Work closely with management to support staffing and operational needs. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of HR or recruiting experience . Strong recruiting skills and established professional connections within relevant industries. Experience in electronics recycling, ITAD, E-Waste, or related industries strongly preferred . Proven ability to recruit specialized professionals through direct sourcing and industry networks. Knowledge of California labor laws and HR compliance. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage HR operations. Compensation & Benefits $78,000–$96,000 annually , based on experience.
