Novia Infotek LLCSymphony GOLD Supply Chain Consultant Location: Nashville, Tennessee Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite Duration: 12+ Months Experience Required: 8–10+ Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Symphony GOLD Supply Chain Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Symphony GOLD Supply Chain solutions, retail merchandising, supply chain processes, Master Data Management (MDM), and enterprise system integrations . The ideal candidate will have experience implementing and supporting Symphony GOLD solutions within large-scale retail and supply chain transformation programs. The candidate should be comfortable working across ERP, WMS, OMS, planning, MDM, analytics, and other enterprise platforms. Key Responsibilities Symphony GOLD Supply Chain Lead the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support of Symphony GOLD Supply Chain solutions . Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Symphony GOLD solutions. Support production environments and troubleshoot application and integration issues. Provide functional and technical guidance throughout implementation and support engagements. Enterprise Integration Design, develop, and manage integrations across enterprise platforms, including: ERP WMS OMS Supply Chain Planning Systems Relex Solutions MDM Platforms Work with APIs, middleware, batch processing, and event-based integration architectures. Ensure reliable data exchange between Symphony GOLD and external enterprise applications. Master Data Management Support integration with Master Data Management (MDM) platforms. Work with master data covering: Items Locations Vendors Retail hierarchies Product hierarchies Ensure data quality, consistency, governance, and synchronization across systems. Retail & Supply Chain Processes Apply strong knowledge of retail merchandising and supply chain processes, including: Order Management Replenishment Allocation Pricing Promotion Management Inventory Lifecycle Demand Forecasting Support business transformation initiatives across retail supply chain operations. Analytics & Reporting Enable and support analytics and reporting capabilities. Work with financial, operational, and performance metrics. Support integration of supply chain data with analytics platforms. Provide data required for business reporting and decision-making. Essential Skills Strong hands-on experience with Symphony GOLD Supply Chain implementation and support. 8–10+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, retail technology, or enterprise applications. In-depth understanding of retail merchandising and supply chain processes. Strong experience with: Order Management Replenishment Allocation Pricing & Promotions Inventory Management Forecasting Experience with Relex Solutions . Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) platforms. Experience with vendor collaboration tools. Strong expertise in enterprise system integration. Experience with: APIs Middleware Batch Processing Event-Based Processing Strong understanding of data models, master data, and retail hierarchies. Proven experience working on large-scale retail or supply chain transformation programs . Additional / Preferred Skills Programming experience in one or more languages. Strong SQL skills. Familiarity with cloud platforms. Understanding of modern data architectures. Exposure to analytics and visualization tools such as: Power BI Tableau Experience working with large enterprise retail environments. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
