No rail experience required — just a strong work ethic and the drive to learn. Why This Role Is a Game Changer This isn't your typical job. You’ll start by learning the ropes as a Switchman — working hands-on with a close-knit crew to move railcars safely and efficiently. From there, you can advance to Conductor ($23–$25/hr), Engineer ($24–$26/hr), and beyond. If $18/hr is a step up for you — and you’re looking for a long-term career — we want to hear from you.
