We are currently seeking a local Well Testing Supervisor position in Alice, TX, preferably within a one-hour commuting distance of the area. PURPOSE Supervises and coordinates flowback operations, personnel, and equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable service delivery. Provides technical oversight of field operations while supporting customer satisfaction, inventory management, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise and mentor Flowback Technicians and field personnel while promoting a strong safety culture and compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate daily flowback operations, including personnel, equipment, scheduling, and service delivery to meet customer requirements and operational objectives. Coordinate and participate in the rig up/down, operation, troubleshooting, inspection, repair, maintenance, and pressure testing of flowback equipment, including separators, manifolds, sand separators, and line heaters. Monitor field operations and ensure accurate collection, recording, sampling, and reporting of operational data. Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, operational needs, service delivery, and technical support while assisting in reducing non-productive time. Oversee inventory, asset tracking, equipment readiness, and supply requirements to support operational efficiency. Support quality control initiatives and operational improvement efforts to ensure equipment and services meet company and customer standards. Perform other duties as assigned. SCHEDULE: 12-hour shift Day shift Evening shift Night shift Overnight shift Overtime Weekend availability Holidays MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Less than High School Education Work Experience: 0-2 years Related Experience: Must be willing to travel, including being away from home 2 - 3 weeks at a time Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving history Quick learner Must be willing and able to work long hours PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School Diploma/Equivalent Work Experience: 2-3 years Related Experience: Relevant experience in Flowback in the oil and gas industry Current relevant HSE certifications PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Precise hand/eye coordination: Constantly Basic keyboarding or other repetitive motions: Frequently Operation of heavy equipment or operation of vehicles: Occasionally Lifting/pushing objects weighing over: > 50 lbs.: Occasionally Climbing and working in awkward and cramped positions: Frequently Other (please specify): Employee lifts/carries 82lb occasionally Employee's position requires pushing a maximum force of 72 ft./lbs.
