Support Technician II, Fulfillment Center (226 Days) Bond Funded -(RTP20261020-020) Description Provide higher level technical support and troubleshooting in resolving technology repairs, and serve as a technical escalation point for all Fulfillment Center operations staff to resolve technical problems or configurations. Monitor Fulfillment Center operations, and support and provide guidance to technicians and vendor staff on daily technology fulfillment, repairs, and inventory. Assist with managing districtwide device deployment projects. Ensure all new technology device purchases are properly processed in the district Asset Management system. Ensure accurate staging, tracking, and deployment of district technology assets, including laptops, Chromebooks, iPads, and related equipment. Support inspection, repair coordination, and redeployment processes. Assist with inventory counts, audits, and reconciliation. Ensure all requests are completed and tickets resolved. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED Licenses/Certifications Required/Preferred License/Certification (use text field to specify) Other Licenses/Certifications Required Licenses/Certifications -Must have one of the following certifications: CompTIA A+, Google Workspace Administrator, or Apple Certified Support Professional Preferred Licenses/Certifications - ITIL Required 2+years of experiance in technical roles Knowledgeable in Google sheets Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365 Experience repairing and refurbishing technology devices such as laptops, Chromebooks, or tablets preferred Knowledge of Mac OS, IOS, Chrome OS, Google Applications for Education Knowledge in troubleshooting and resolving operating system and software issues, and resolving technology hardware failures Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service skills Work Locations : Edtech-Business Services 5501 LYNDON B JOHNSON FREEWAY SUITE 1100 Dallas 75240 Job : Support Technician II Full-time Minimum Salary : 51,998.00 Median Salary: 63407.00 Job Posting : Oct 28, 2026
