Support Associate

NOW HIRING – SUPPORT ASSOCIATE Location: Tory Burch – Vancouver, BC Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about fashion and luxury retail? We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Support Associate to join our team! As a Support Associate, you’ll play an important role in supporting daily store operations, maintaining an organized stockroom, and ensuring our products are available and ready for our customers. Position Responsibilities: Assist with receiving, processing, and organizing incoming shipments. Maintain an organized and efficient stockroom. Support inventory management and replenishment. Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, stored, and prepared for the sales floor. Assist with maintaining product flow and inventory accuracy. Support the sales team with merchandise requests and replenishment. Help maintain the overall presentation and operational standards of the store. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications: 1–2 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment; stock-related experience is an asset. Open availability for a flexible work schedule, including overnight shifts, evenings, holidays, and weekends. Occasional overnight travel may be required. Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical tasks, including carrying, pushing, pulling, squatting, kneeling, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, adaptable, and motivated with a strong work ethic.
