As a Supply Room Attendant, you’ll support warehouse operations through accurate stocking, inventory control, and shipping and receiving. Your impact: Reliable supply records and timely order fulfillment help production and warehouse teams access the materials they need. Duties Receive, inspect, label, stock, and issue materials. Maintain inventory records ; use spreadsheets and Excel Support purchasing, procurement, sourcing, supplier management, pricing, and contracts by collecting data and coordinating with suppliers and cross-functional teams. Assist with warehouse distribution, logistics, materials handling, and inventory management; use a forklift when authorized and follow safe practices for heavy lifting. Apply process improvement, root cause analysis, and basic analytics to support demand planning, materials management, and production planning. Requirements Warehouse experience and knowledge of warehouse management, warehouse operations, stocking, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and order fulfillment. Basic math, organization, attention to detail, and cross-functional communication skills. Technical proficiency with spreadsheets Familiarity with supply chain management, merchandising, and inventory control a plus.
