Details for the position are as follows: Supply Planning Transformation Specialist Remote | $58-62/hr W2 | Travel approximately 1 week/month We are seeking an experienced Supply Planning Transformation Specialist to support the global rollout of a new, AI-enabled supply planning platform and Target Operating Model across manufacturing sites. This role will serve as a dedicated deployment resource for individual sites, guiding teams through readiness, implementation, training, change management, hypercare, and adoption of new planning processes and ways of working. What You'll Do Support deployment of new supply planning processes and technology across global manufacturing sites Conduct site readiness assessments and identify process, system, data, and training gaps Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, risks, and deployment activities Partner with site Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, and other cross-functional teams Support S&OP, MPS, MRP, capacity planning, inventory planning, and production planning processes Lead training, stakeholder engagement, and change-management activities Support sites through implementation, hypercare, stabilization, and sustainment Track KPIs and adoption metrics to ensure successful deployment Drive alignment and influence stakeholders across teams without direct reporting authority What We're Looking For 5-8+ years of pharmaceutical supply planning, S&OP, or manufacturing supply chain experience Strong understanding of MPS, MRP, S&OP, capacity planning, and manufacturing planning processes Hands-on experience working with SAP/ERP/MRP Experience working directly with manufacturing sites and cross-functional teams Strong project coordination and execution skills Demonstrated ability to independently manage deliverables and timelines Experience leading training, facilitating meetings, and influencing stakeholders through change Ability to travel approximately one week per month, including potential travel within the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Costa Rica Preferred Experience Supply chain transformation, planning transformation, or operating-model deployment Advanced planning systems such as SAP IBP/APO, Kinaxis/RapidResponse, Blue Yonder/JDA, Infor, OMP, or similar Multi-site or global planning deployments Change-management experience or certification Lean Six Sigma or continuous-improvement experience The Ideal Profile We're looking for someone who understands how pharmaceutical manufacturing planning actually works and can help sites successfully transition to new processes, systems, and ways of working.
