This role suits an analytical, detail-driven planner who communicates clearly across levels and thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

• Collect and validate feedback from account teams, consolidate it into SKU-level lists for purchase order confirmation and plan changes, and issue purchase orders to the factory
• Analyze weekly Purchase/Sales/Inventory (PSI) data and build tools to simulate changes in factory supply, inventory, and demand; identify root causes of forecast changes, especially within the locked production window
• Monitor factory shipment and arrival schedules, follow up on delays, and communicate expedite requests
• Monitor inventory across locations and initiate stock transfers to optimize levels, reduce shortages, and prevent aging inventory

• Communicate regularly with the global operations team and turn supply information into clear, actionable insights for the organization
• Lead account and SKU-level allocation meetings, share demand guidance with account teams, and partner with the Demand Fulfillment team to execute allocation decisions
• Manage and reconcile system-based tools that provide real-time and weekly sales, inventory, and forecast data
• Collaborate with the team and provide backup coverage as needed
