WHAT
ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in supply planning, production planning, inventory management, demand planning, or broader supply chain operations, ideally within fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods.
• Planning and systems capability: Working knowledge of ERP/MRP and advanced planning tools such as SAP, JDA/Blue Yonder, OMP, Kinaxis, or comparable platforms, with the ability to understand planning parameters, system outputs, and material movements.
• Analytical capability: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas and data analysis; experience with Power Query, Power BI, or similar visualization tools is preferred.
• Leadership and collaboration: Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-influencing skills, with the ability to organize multiple priorities, make fact-based recommendations, and own decisions within a fast-paced portfolio.
PREFERRED, NOT-ESSENTIAL CAPABILITIES
• Experience with SAP ECC, including iDocs, EDI or API messaging, material goods movements, material management processes, and SAP jobs or programs.
• Advanced analytics experience using SQL, Python, VBA, database management systems.
