This includes approving and sending a production plan to manufacturing locations while optimizing network capacity.Identify and resolve forecast accuracy and lead time issues with key stakeholders including Demand Planning, SBUs, and PLMsBalance production planning across the network to maintain sprint capacity, including load leveling in preparation for maintenance shutdowns, seasonal volumes, raw material allocation etc.Identify and resolve capacity constraints over the planning horizon by working with Manufacturing, R&D, Procurement, and the Business Units. Maintain required inventory levels for Family Chemistries at stocking locations to meet customer service levels. Implement corrective action when imbalances occur.Regularly monitor and address inactive, slow moving, and excess inventoryCoordinate inter-plant scheduling constraints related to schedule break-ins, raw materials, etc. facilitated through regular communication.Lead and implement improvement plans to ensure security of supply for existing and new businessConduct root cause analysis for supply chain issues/constraints/process gaps and drive corrective actionsMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or a related subject.Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipHigh level proficiency with MS Office, primarily ExcelExcellent communication, organization, and time management skillsPreferred QualificationsAPICS CertificationHigh level of proficiency with common ERP systems, especially JDA Master Planning and SAP (Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP))A track record of successfully delivering to Key Performance Indicators and business objectivesAbout UsChampionX is now part of SLB, a global technology company driving energy innovation for a balanced planet.
