• Support supplier sourcing, order fulfillment, supplier performance management, and procurement activities while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct part sourcing activities, analyze supplier quotations, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, lead time, process capability, and supplier stability.
• Support resourcing activities, expedite supplier orders, and coordinate Engineering Change Management (ECM) to ensure timely implementation of product changes.
• Resolve shipping, receiving, invoicing, and payment issues to ensure accurate and timely supplier payments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers to improve performance, reduce costs, and achieve supply chain objectives.
• Manage supplier relationships, identify performance issues, coordinate corrective actions, and implement permanent solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Understanding of order fulfillment processes, supply management, and manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience working in a team environment and coordinating with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
Desired Skills
• Experience in supplier integration, strategic sourcing, supplier development, scheduling, forecasting, logistics, or purchasing.
• Experience with SAP, Business Objects, Business Warehouse reporting systems, and external supplier management.
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Management, Supply Management/Logistics, Accounting/Finance, or Engineering/Technology, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Master's degree preferred
Additional Requirements
• Hybrid schedule with 4 days onsite per week; schedule may change based on business needs.
• Fully remote candidates will not be considered.
• Local candidates preferred.
• Occasional offsite travel to local vendors within 10 miles of the Dubuque facility may be required.
• Flexible first-shift schedule within 7:00 AM–5:00 PM.
