Role and Responsibilities:
In this capacity, you will handle, organize, and store inventory, making sure all products are tracked accurately and ready for shipment. You will collaborate with logistics staff to maintain smooth warehouse operations and meet daily production and distribution goals. This position demands focus, teamwork, and active physical participation to ensure an organized and productive warehouse environment.
• Receive, inspect, and correctly store incoming deliveries to ensure inventory accuracy
• Pick, pack, and stage products for shipment in alignment with company standards
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
• Maintain a tidy and orderly work area while adhering to safety regulations
• Verify inventory quantities and update records within the warehouse management system
• Collaborate with colleagues to prioritize assignments and meet production deadlines
• Report equipment malfunctions, damaged products, or inventory discrepancies promptly to supervisors
Required Skills and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent educational attainment
• At least one year of warehouse or material handling experience preferred
• Proficiency in safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery
• Basic computer skills with knowledge of warehouse management software
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and reliability
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks involving standing, bending, or reaching for extended periods
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to standard operating procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
• Forklift certification or prior experience operating heavy warehouse machinery
• Experience in a fast-paced production or distribution environment
• Familiarity with inventory management software and scanning tools
