POSITION OVERVIEW The Supply Chain & Warehouse Manager owns supply chain cost performance and the day-to-day effectiveness of KULR’s warehouse and logistics operations across Webster and the Ellington (Forge 2) facility. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the Manager leads all supply chain cost-savings and strategic initiatives — logistics and freight cost, dual and triple sourcing of critical lithium-ion components, supplier performance, and inventory accuracy — while ensuring receiving, kitting, line-side replenishment, cycle counting, and shipping run to standard every day. The Manager works in KULR’s internal, AI-enabled operations platform for production control, work orders, kitting, labor, and warehouse execution, and NetSuite for inventory and accounting records, and is accountable for keeping the two in sync with zero drift. The Manager leads a small execution team and is measured against a KPI framework spanning cost savings, on-time material availability, inventory accuracy, freight cost per shipment, and audit-ready compliance.
