JBS Technologies IncW2 Role Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Information Technology, Business Administration in supply chain with IT / Analytics, or a related field. Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in supply chain planning IT systems (e.g., O9 Solutions / Anaplan), understanding of integration between ERP and supply chain planning IT systems is required, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Experience: 5 – 8 Years of experience in supply chain planning tool like O9 Solutions & Anaplan is required. Additional Requirements: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and building consensus among stakeholders. Ability to think “Big” and challenge the conventional practice / wisdom. Self-motivated and quick learner. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques. Certification for SCP / APICS is an added advantage. Certification related to O9 Solutions / Anaplan is highly preferred and added advantage.
