rage, tracking, and issuing inventories. Coordinates with Property Management for shipping/receiving tooling and equipment. Monitoring receipt of item at receipt and maintains shipment/receiving records. Assist Accounts Payable in processing Invoices by providing shipment information. Ensure received parts/materials are staged for Quality Incoming Inspection. Ordering of needed shipping supplies Knowledge of Workbooks, procedures, and forms. High School Diploma/GED and 2 yrs relevant work experience in shipping/receiving, and/or inventory control and/or manufacturing environment. Ability to Obtain and maintain a U.S Government Secret level Clearance within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet it's business needs (after starting). High School Diploma/GED and 4 yrs relevant work experience in shipping/receiving, and/or inventory control and/or manufacturing environment. This position requires the ability to perform moderate strenuous physical and repetitious work to include bending, stooping, kneeling, carrying tools, lifting up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis. Ability to Obtain and maintain a U.S Government Secret level Clearance within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet it's business needs (after starting). Experience in operating a forklift and other types of freight moving equipment. Experience with safely loading and unloading trucks. Experience with setting up shipments and/or coordinating with transportation brokers. Experience with classified white-glove shipping requirements. Experience with using an MRP system for storing and issuing inventory. Previous experience with inventory with shelf life and/or out-time controls. Experienced user of MS Office computer programs to accomplish reports, logs, and briefings. Hazmat training and experience is highly desired.
