Supply Chain Warehouse Supervisor – Inventory & Materials (Hands‑On) International Aerospace Coatings (IAC) Spokane, WA Hands‑On Supply Chain Warehouse Leadership Role – Not a Planning or Analyst Position International Aerospace Coatings (IAC) is seeking a Supply Chain Warehouse Supervisor with hands‑on inventory experience to support daily warehouse and material handling operations at our Spokane facility. This is a working supervisor role for someone who spends the majority of their day on the warehouse floor , leading a small team while actively performing warehouse work. If your background is primarily supply chain planning, purchasing, analytics, or office-based roles , this position will not be a good fit. What You’ll Be Doing (Daily, On the Floor) Supervise and work alongside warehouse employees Receive, unload, and break down pallets Store, stage, and issue materials to production Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and location accuracy checks Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/WMS systems Ensure materials are available to support production schedules Train and coach warehouse staff Maintain warehouse safety, organization, and cleanliness Run reports on expired products, disposition accordingly. Lead all Planning & Purchasing related duties associated with the Supply Chain Department. Monitor open-order reports to ensure they are accurate and ensure all material is delivered Required Experience (Warehouse‑Based – Non‑Negotiable) 3+ years of hands‑on warehouse or inventory control experience Prior Supply Chain Warehouse Lead or Warehouse Supervisor experience Forklift operation experience (required) Comfortable with physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing/walking most of shift) Experience with inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and material flow Ability to use ERP or inventory systems (Pentagon/WMS experience a plus) Preferred (Nice to Have) Manufacturing or industrial warehouse experience Inventory certifications (APICS, CPIM, etc. – not required) Important Information ✅ Onsite warehouse role ✅ No relocation assistance ❌ Not remote or hybrid ❌ Not a planning, analyst, or desk‑only position Ideal Candidate Profile You are someone who: Has supervised warehouse teams before Is comfortable getting dirty, moving materials, and running equipment Understands inventory accuracy and physical material flow Leads by example on the warehouse floor If your background is hands‑on warehousing — not supply chain planning — we want to hear from you.
