Key Responsibilities: Support recommendations through data analysis and market research
Develop clear presentations and reports for senior stakeholders
Guide clients through critical business decisions
Design and execute significant change initiatives
Monitor reshoring, automation, sustainability, and supply chain resilience
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related fields
MBA or relevant advanced degree highly preferred
Two years manufacturing or industrial engineering experience
Continuous improvement experience with Kaizen, Lean, or Six Sigma
Legal authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship
Combine supply chain knowledge, financial interpretation, and presentation skills to support EFESO’s results-focused consulting engagements.
