Supply Chain Specialist -- International Logistics (36530)

An international automotive supply chain management company in Novi, MI area is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist who is responsible for acting as a liaison between its customers, suppliers and other partners. Responsibilities Include: Oversee documentation for outbound shipments Ensure regulatory compliance and customs requirements are met Track shipment accuracy and on-time delivery metrics Implement corrective actions when necessary to assure proper deliver Order raw materials or finished goods by issuing purchase orders and planning documentation Manage inventory to ensure continuous delivery Support commercial activities by evaluating customer demand Negotiate with suppliers to maintain budget and delivery performance Requirements: Associate’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field At least 2 years of related experience in supply chain or logistics Experience with international shipping Experience with inventory control MS Office --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Activ8 Recruitment & Solutions/ Renaissance Resources Inc ., is one of the leading recruiting firms in North America when it comes to working with Japanese Businesses for more than 25 years.
