Job description: Position Summary Vox Nutrition is hiring a Supply Chain Specialist to support our Purchasing Department with a primary focus on raw materials and packaging procurement. This role is responsible for creating and managing purchase orders, tracking open orders to delivery, maintaining inventory reorder points, and supporting daily inventory and materials reporting. This is an ideal role for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where communication and follow-through are key. Essential Responsibilities Purchasing & Vendor Management Create, manage, and maintain purchase orders for raw and packaging materials Communicate with suppliers daily and follow up to ensure on-time delivery Assist with sourcing and supplier communication, including pricing/bid requests as needed Track outstanding materials and proactively resolve delays or shortages Support claims and issue resolution (shortages, damaged goods, incorrect shipments) Inventory & Reporting Maintain daily reporting related to inventory levels, reorder points, and component stock Support material planning through inventory trend monitoring and purchasing recommendations Assist with data entry and repetitive reporting updates while maintaining accuracy Cross-Functional Support Support Production, Sales, and Inventory teams with part number/SKU inquiries and order status questions Assist with manufacturing and bottling schedule updates based on product and material availability (supporting role) Support Purchasing Manager with monthly/quarterly reporting and administrative needs Assist with Accounting as needed for invoice issues, AP questions, and billing reconciliation support Qualifications (Must-Haves) 2+ years experience in purchasing, supply chain, or materials ordering (manufacturing preferred) Strong professional communication skills (written + verbal) Experience using inventory systems / ERP / MRP tools (Fishbowl preferred) Strong Excel or Google Sheets ability including formulas (VLOOKUP/LOOKUP, filters, etc.) High attention to detail and strong follow-through (especially with tracking and updates) Ability to manage deadlines and stay organized in a high-volume environment Comfortable performing repetitive updates while maintaining accuracy Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) Experience working with Bills of Material (BOMs) and manufacturing part numbers/SKUs Experience supporting production schedules or coordinating material availability Prior sales or vendor-facing experience Fishbowl ERP experience Benefits 401(k) + matching Health, Dental, Vision insurance HSA options Paid time off Employee discount Parental leave Professional development assistance Referral program EAP (Employee Assistance Program) Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Parental leave Professional development assistance Referral program Vision insurance Work Location: In person Pay: $68,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Employee discount Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Parental leave Retirement plan Vision insurance Work Location: In person
