The Supply Chain Specialist will be responsible for short-term supply chain coordination of various products. Supply chain responsibilities will include the inbound movement of raw material into various Chemtrade and third-party production sites, and the outbound movement of the product to a network of customers and distribution terminals. This position is required to coordinate activities between numerous internal and external parties, as well as to perform various administrative duties.
Minimum Position Qualifications / Requirements
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Transportation, Business or equivalent related field
• 2 – 5 years of relevant experience preferred
• Excellent proficiency in using computer, office equipment and office software (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with ERP systems (i.e., SAP) preferred
• In-depth knowledge of concepts and systems that are relevant to the role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
• Ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously while also collaborating effectively within a team environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software and demonstrate a basic understanding of change management principles
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Solves immediate problems; collects and organizes data and information to make decisions; creates plans to address immediate issues; makes good decisions in a timely fashion; considers the needs of working team and sensitive to diversity of differences
• Must have a valid driver license and ability to travel nationally and internationally (to/from the United States) as needed

Detailed Production & Shipping Scheduling
• Monitor finished goods inventories to determine products and timing for upcoming production schedules
• Update the production schedule by continuously monitoring and prioritizing add on orders, short lead-time orders, and fluctuations in demand and production issues
• Facilitate production schedule meetings to ensure personnel in the organization are working towards the same goal
• Routinely monitor and track slow moving or blocked inventories at the production sites
