Supply Chain Specialist

The Impact You'll Make Our Danfoss Power Solutions Team in Ames is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. This is a project-based role focused on logistics, warehousing, transportation, trade compliance and customer service globally. What You’ll Be Doing Optimize logistics setup and process Support logistics initiatives focused on warehousing Transportation and trade compliance; Develop and implement logistics concepts reducing cost to serve and improving delivery services, Including changes to SAP setup TIP plans, documentation and presentations; participate in cross-functional improvement projects on local, regional or global level Ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget Act as system knowledge expert (SME) supporting as a central competency Support established KPl's with follow up structure (PDCA).
