Supply Chain Specialist

We're looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to oversee our end-to-end supply chain, including raw materials, packaging components, printed materials, and finished goods. You'll partner with operations, quality, regulatory, purchasing, marketing, finance, and more to get product delivered on time and cost-efficiently. You'll also play a key role in designing, testing, and implementing our ERP system , so this is a great chance to shape the processes you'll work in every day. What you'll do: ✅ Develop process flows for manufactured finished goods, ensuring GMP and SOP compliance ✅ Maintain healthy inventory levels to prevent outages and keep production running ✅ Determine lead times and drive improvements in speed to market ✅ Establish and maintain raw material requirements planning ✅ Build metrics that teams across the business rally behind ✅ Manage inventory, schedules, and availability to meet production needs ✅ Work with Receiving to ensure the right materials arrive, and chase down late purchase orders ✅ Build, test, and implement ERP processes, including the material master, bills of materials, and recipes ✅ Collaborate across departments in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment What you bring: 🔹 Bachelor's degree 🔹 2+ years of business experience (manufacturing background preferred) 🔹 Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects 🔹 Excellent written and verbal communication 🔹 Computer literacy and an inquisitive, problem-solving mindset 🔹 Comfort in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Why this role?
