Supply Chain Specialist

Bailey Electronics is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to provide temporary coverage for our team. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will support daily purchasing, material availability and operations. We are looking for someone who learns quickly, follows through and enjoys helping across a small team. Purchasing and Inventory Create and maintain purchase orders, confirm pricing and delivery dates, and follow up with suppliers. Review demand, inventory and open orders to identify material needs, expedite shortages and support production priorities. Maintain accurate ERP records and work with internal teams to resolve supplier, delivery and inventory issues. Keep purchasing and shortage reports current and communicate supply risks promptly. Operations Support Support shipping, receiving, packing, warehouse organization and inventory counts as needed. Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying practical ways to improve accuracy, efficiency and daily workflows. Follow safety procedures and assist with other supply chain and operational tasks as required. Qualifications 1 to 3 years of experience in purchasing, inventory or supply chain operations; manufacturing experience is an asset. Relevant postsecondary education or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel; NetSuite experience is an asset. Strong organization, attention to detail, communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage priorities and provide hands-on operational support. Temporary position for approximately 4 to 5 months Bailey Electronics | Full-time | Monday to Friday Salary: CAD $50,000 to $54,000 annualized, prorated for the assignment.
