Work You'll Do
As a Manager of Supply Chain Risk Management, Strategy and Transformation on the Government and Public Services team, you will be responsible for:
• Advising leadership on supply chain risk management (SCRM) policy, oversight, governance, and enterprise coordination.
• Supporting the development, refinement, and implementation of SCRM governance structures, processes, decision rights, and reporting mechanisms.
• Tracking and managing SCRM issues, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder equities across offices, commands, and mission stakeholders.
• Preparing executive-level briefings, decision papers, talking points, and status updates to support senior leader decision-making.
• Translating policy, executive orders, and governance requirements into practical guidance, while coordinating across stakeholders to support implementation and issue resolution.
• Identifying gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in SCRM execution and supporting senior advisory activities in meetings, forums, and working groups.

Qualifications
Required:
• Bachelor's degree
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Active Secret security clearance required
• Ability to work on-site in Alexandria up to 5 days a week
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain risk management (SCRM), supply chain, logistics, acquisition, or defense/federal environments
• Experience working across multiple defense offices or with senior stakeholder groups
• Experience supporting defense SCRM policy, oversight, governance, or enterprise coordination efforts
• Experience developing executive-level briefings, recommendations, decision papers, and decision support materials for senior leaders
Preferred:
• 20+ years of experience in supply chain risk management, supply chain, logistics, acquisition, or defense/federal environments
• Senior Military Officer experience or equivalent senior executive-level
