The Position: We are looking for a candidate who will be performing the role of a Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) Analyst, Level 2, supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). Note: This position focuses on program protection and security within the supply chain, rather than traditional shipping and receiving logistics. Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is $52,000 - $75,000 annually, based upon an individual's level of experience, skillset, and education. The Location: Huntsville, AL The Work Environment: On-Site The Description: Assist in the identification and protection of Critical Program Information (CPI) and the analysis and development of Program Protection Plans (PPPs) and solutions to ensure that developed and fielded capabilities effectively deter efforts to reverse engineer, exploit, or develop countermeasures. Assist in assessing, defining, developing, and implementing Systems Security Engineering (SSE) requirements, including assessing security provisions in technical reviews, specifications, engineering and test plans, designs, program deployment actions, statements of work, requests for proposals, and other acquisition and engineering plans and documents. Assist in the development of SCRM practices and protection measures to mitigate intentional exploitation, malicious attacks, and fraudulent activity to MDA component systems. Review and document each component's acquisition lifecycle from the manufacturing stage through the operations and deployment stage, with a primary focus on identifying possible counterfeit, risks, or sabotaged parts. Build company profiles within DDIQ analysis system for higher-level management analysis review. Create Request for Information (RFI) analysis reports to identify all possible risk indicators and vulnerabilities in the customer's supply chain process. Create and update risk indicators and threat groups for weekly SCRM sync meetings. Provide continuous updates to Supply Chain and Cyber Risk Management (SC2RM) SOP and Continuity book on the program's procedures, job descriptions, and system issues. Other activities, duties, and/or responsibilities assigned. Education & Experience: Active DoD Secret Clearance, required. Associate of Arts or Science Degree in a relevant field to Security/CI. Three (3) years of relevant work experience, working on missile defense – related or other complex, large DoD programs/projects. Capable of working either independently and /or concurrently in supporting teams to directly solve complex problems. Proficiency with MS Office Suit (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, TEAMS, etc). Excellent verbal/written communication skills. Travel: On some occasions, the employee may be required to drive to offices or buildings near the work site. In rare occasions, travel may be required.
