Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Supply Chain Professional role based in Lebanon, PA. The Supply Chain Professional will oversee end-to-end supply chain activities, including demand planning, procurement coordination, inventory management, and production scheduling to ensure uninterrupted availability of Almaza and partner brands. The role involves monitoring supplier performance, optimizing logistics and distribution processes, and aligning warehouse operations with safety and quality standards. The Supply Chain Professional will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR to support promotional activities, manage stock levels, and improve forecast accuracy. Daily responsibilities include analyzing supply chain data, preparing reports, identifying process improvements, and supporting strategic projects that enhance efficiency, cost control, and customer service. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in demand planning, inventory management, and production scheduling. Candidates should possess skills in procurement, supplier relationship management, and negotiation. Candidates should possess skills in logistics coordination, distribution planning, and basic transportation management. Candidates should possess skills in data analysis, reporting, and use of supply chain or ERP systems. Candidates should possess skills in cross-functional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred. Experience in FMCG, beverage, or manufacturing environments is beneficial. Ability to work on-site in Lebanon, PA, with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under time-sensitive conditions. Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with forecasting tools or supply chain software is an advantage.
