Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Production Planner to join our dynamic team in Freeport, IL. Responsibilities Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize inventory levels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, manufacturing, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations. Analyze production data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate production status and forecasts to management. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the production process. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management/Production Planning, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in production planning or supply chain management. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and forecasting techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams. Proficient in supply chain software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
