Position Summary Foraco USA is seeking an experienced and highly organized Supply Chain / Procurement Manager to lead procurement and supply chain activities supporting our U.S. drilling operations. This position is responsible for strategic sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, contract negotiations, inventory and materials coordination, and procurement process improvement. The Supply Chain / Procurement Manager will work closely with Operations, Maintenance, Finance, Safety, and project teams to ensure equipment, materials, parts, supplies, and services are available when and where they are needed. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can balance strategic procurement initiatives with the day-to-day demands of a fast-paced field operation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement procurement and supply chain strategies aligned with operational and financial objectives. Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, including requisitions, purchase orders, sourcing, vendor selection, approvals, receiving coordination, and contract management. Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings, supplier consolidation, improved purchasing terms, and process efficiencies. Source equipment, drilling supplies, parts, consumables, services, and other materials required to support field and corporate operations. Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties, and other commercial terms with suppliers. Develop, maintain, and evaluate supplier relationships to ensure competitive pricing, quality, service, reliability, and timely delivery. Monitor supplier performance and address delivery, quality, pricing, and service issues through appropriate corrective actions and root-cause analysis. Partner with Operations and Maintenance to anticipate purchasing requirements and minimize equipment downtime caused by unavailable parts or materials. Coordinate with Finance and Accounts Payable to resolve purchase order, invoice, receiving, and vendor discrepancies. Support inventory management and establish appropriate stocking levels for critical parts, supplies, and consumables. Monitor market conditions, pricing trends, availability, and supply-chain risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies. Develop and maintain procurement policies, procedures, controls, and documentation. Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, contractual requirements, and applicable laws and regulations. Utilize the company's ERP/procurement systems to maintain accurate purchasing, vendor, inventory, and reporting information. Develop procurement and supply-chain metrics and provide management with reports on spending, savings, supplier performance, inventory, and other key indicators. Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to purchasing, inventory, vendor management, and supply-chain processes. Collaborate with Foraco's international operations and suppliers when appropriate to leverage global purchasing opportunities. Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
