Job Summary: CTS Mobility is looking for a hands-on supply chain lead to own purchasing, supplier management, and inventory health across our mobility and device business. CTS is pursuing ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certification, and this role will be the process owner for Purchasing and Supplier Management. The Supply Chain & Procurement Lead sits within the Business Enablement department and reports directly to the Manager, Business Operations and Enablement. The Business Enablement team oversees operational improvements, business systems, and cross-departmental workflows. This role works closely with the offshore procurement team, Warehouse, Deployment, Repairs, Sales, Finance, and key vendors to reduce bottlenecks, improve forecasting accuracy, enforce purchasing governance with a clear sourcing strategy, and maintain compliance across documentation and item-level data. Key Responsibilities: Process Ownership and ISO 9001 Serve as process owner for Purchasing and Supplier Management under ISO 9001, including control of externally provided products and services (clause 8.4). Own, maintain, and improve procurement and supplier SOPs, work instructions, and controlled forms. Maintain the Approved Supplier List, including supplier evaluation, selection, monitoring, and re-evaluation criteria. Ensure supplier agreements and onboarding address information security requirements (ISO 27001). Identify process nonconformances, lead root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions to closure. Prepare for and support internal and external ISO audits, and present supplier and purchasing performance in management reviews. Track supply chain risks and opportunities and feed them into the ISO risk register. Supplier Management and Performance Build and run a vendor scorecard covering quality, on-time delivery, pricing accuracy, responsiveness, and RMA performance. Grade and tier suppliers, hold regular performance reviews, and manage improvement plans for underperforming vendors. Gather and maintain vendor cost, MSRP, and Cost of Replacement pricing for quoting, buyback, and customer replacement programs. Negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times, and find alternate sources to reduce single-supplier risk. Inventory Management Monitor and reduce aging inventory, and recommend actions such as return to vendor, redeployment, liquidation, or write-down. Set and maintain reorder points, min/max levels, and safety stock based on demand and lead-time data. Identify fast- and slow-moving products, and partner with Sales and Operations on forecasting and stocking decisions. Make sure inventory data in NetSuite is accurate and report on inventory health KPIs. Offshore Purchasing Team Oversight Act as the CTS owner for the offshore procurement team: set expectations, review SOP adherence, and audit transactions. Define purchasing KPIs and service expectations, and review performance regularly. Provide direction on sourcing strategy, prioritization, and escalations.
