Our operations involve supplier management, international and domestic sourcing, procurement, inventory planning, warehousing, transportation, and customer order fulfillment. As we continue to expand our supply-chain operations, we are seeking a Supply Chain & Procurement Coordinator to join our team. This position will play an important role in coordinating procurement activities, managing supplier relationships, supporting inventory planning, and ensuring the efficient flow of products from suppliers through our distribution network to customers. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics teams. Position Summary The Supply Chain & Procurement Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating purchasing and supply-chain activities from supplier sourcing and purchase-order management through inventory replenishment, inbound logistics, and order fulfillment. This position requires strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple suppliers, purchase orders, product requirements, and operational priorities simultaneously. The successful candidate will use SAP and Microsoft Excel extensively to maintain procurement and inventory data, monitor supply requirements, analyze purchasing information, and support operational decision-making. Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement & Supplier Management Coordinate day-to-day procurement activities across assigned product categories and suppliers. Prepare, issue, and manage purchase orders in SAP. Request and evaluate supplier quotations, pricing, lead times, minimum order quantities, and commercial terms. Support RFQ/RFP activities and supplier sourcing initiatives. Communicate with domestic and international suppliers regarding pricing, availability, lead times, order confirmations, and delivery schedules. Monitor supplier performance, including pricing, quality, delivery, and responsiveness. Maintain accurate supplier, product, pricing, and purchasing information within SAP. Support supplier negotiations and cost-reduction initiatives. Assist in identifying alternative suppliers and sourcing opportunities to improve cost, availability, and supply continuity. Follow up on purchase-order confirmations, backorders, shortages, and changes to supplier commitments. Support supplier onboarding and maintenance of procurement documentation. Work with Finance to resolve purchase-order, invoice, pricing, and receiving discrepancies. Supply Chain & Inventory Planning Monitor inventory levels, demand requirements, sales activity, and replenishment needs. Identify potential stock-outs, excess inventory, slow-moving inventory, and supply constraints. Coordinate replenishment activities based on inventory requirements, demand, lead times, and supplier availability. Support demand and supply planning activities. Analyze inventory and purchasing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Coordinate inbound shipments and monitor expected delivery dates. Work with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely receipt and availability of purchased products. Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions. Support inventory optimization initiatives and working-capital objectives. SAP & Data Management Perform procurement, purchasing, inventory, and supply-chain transactions within SAP . Maintain accurate material, supplier, pricing, purchasing, and inventory master data. Monitor purchase orders, goods receipts, inventory movements, and related transactions. Generate and analyze SAP reports to support procurement and supply-chain decisions.
