Harvey NashSupply Chain Process Engineer Location: Nashville, TN | Onsite Duration: 6–12+ Months Contract Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Process Engineer with strong expertise in supply chain operations, process optimization, and continuous improvement . The ideal candidate will analyze and improve end-to-end supply chain processes and use Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, value-stream mapping, and root-cause analysis to improve efficiency, quality, cost, and service levels. This role requires hands-on experience across planning, forecasting, replenishment, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and order fulfillment . Key Responsibilities Analyze end-to-end supply chain processes, including forecasting, planning, replenishment, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and order fulfillment . Conduct stakeholder workshops to document current-state and future-state processes . Identify process bottlenecks, gaps, waste, delays, control weaknesses, and automation opportunities. Apply Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, and continuous improvement methodologies to optimize operational processes. Perform root-cause analysis (RCA) and develop sustainable corrective and preventive actions. Define, track, and improve supply chain KPIs, including forecast accuracy, inventory turns, fill rate, service level, cycle time, and fulfillment accuracy . Develop process maps, value-stream maps, SOPs, control plans, and governance frameworks . Translate business and operational needs into clear business and system requirements . Partner with supply chain, warehouse, operations, business, technology, and vendor teams to implement process improvements. Support solution design, testing, pilot execution, training, change management, and post-implementation reviews . Quantify the operational and financial benefits of process improvement initiatives. Communicate project progress, risks, findings, and recommendations to business leadership. Required Skills & Experience 4+ years of experience in process engineering, business process improvement, supply chain operations, or supply chain transformation . Strong hands-on knowledge of: Supply Chain Planning Forecasting & Demand Planning Replenishment Inventory Management Warehousing Transportation Order Fulfillment Strong experience with Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, value-stream mapping, process mapping, and root-cause analysis . Experience with supply chain technology such as ERP, WMS, TMS, OMS, or planning applications . Strong analytical and process-modelling skills using Excel, Visio, or similar tools . Ability to analyze operational data and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, communication, and presentation skills . Must be comfortable working onsite in Nashville, TN .
